Fort du succès de l'année passée sur le site du CIVIS 77, le SMITOM a renouvelé l'expérience en faisant découvrir le coeur des installations de son Centre de tri et de son Unité de Valorisation Energétique sur la commune de Vaux-le-Pénil.
  
Ainsi, le Samedi 18 juin de 10h à 16h, le SMITOM et son exploitant VEOLIA Propreté ont accueilli environ 150 visiteurs pour leur faire visiter les installations et répondre aux différentes interrogations sur son fonctionnement et le devenir des ordures ménagères.
After the successful event last year on the site of the CIVIS 77, the SMITOM once again opened the core facility within its selective sorting station and its Energy Valorisation Unit inVaux-Le-Pénil.
Thus, on Saturday the 18th of June, from 10am to 16 pm, the SMITOM and its plant operator VEOLIA Propreté offered about 150 visitors a guided tour of the facilities and answered the various questions about its operation and the becoming of household waste.

Cette journée portes ouvertes est en continuité des visites que le SMITOM réalise tout au long de l'année sur le CIVIS 77.
Ces visites de 15 à 20 personnes ont lieu du mardi au vendredi, à 9h ou 14h, sur rendez-vous uniquement.
This open-shop day is a continuation to the visits organised by the SMITOM all year long, in the CIVIS 77.
Visits for groups from 15 to 20 persons, Tuesdays to Fridays, at 9am and 14pm, only on reservation.
